After enduring two frustrating years in the computer repair industry, I transitioned into the web industry.
However, after a year, I struggled to maintain a sufficient cash flow to support my family. It became apparent that my business was faltering, and I needed to take swift action. This led me to delve into business literature, seeking guidance for improvement.
One particular book that had a profound impact on me was “The E-Myth Revisited.” This insightful read prompted me to reassess and rebrand my approach. At that time, I was merely a web designer with a limited understanding of what it takes to run a successful business.
As the book enlightened me, I realized my mindset needed a significant shift. I learned that my business should revolve around the specific needs of my customers rather than solely relying on the skills I had acquired. A successful business, I discovered, is one that effectively solves the problems of its ideal clientele. This realization prompted me to embark on a profound journey to understand my client’s challenges deeply.
Since then, I have committed wholeheartedly to attaining a “PhD” in my client’s problems, working diligently to address their needs and provide effective solutions.
