I constantly see issues with peoples’ website form submissions going to the Gmail Spam folder. This happens because their ‘Sender address’ is the same as their ‘receiver address’.

Start by creating a NOREPLY@YOURDOMAIN.COM.AU. Then on your form have a reply-to email set for your own email address. This will tell the mail servers that the email is coming from noreply@yourdomain.com.au.
